Working alongside the Trócaire team was a rewarding journey. The collaborative spirit infused the entire project, making it a great experience for everyone involved. We built a close working relationship which was instrumental to the conference’s success.

The conference theme, ‘Local Power Global Justice,‘ brought together thought leaders, experts, and change-makers to discuss current developments in climate responses. Panellists delved into the critical progress on loss and damage, sharing perspectives and outlining key developments anticipated at COP28.

The heart of the discussions drew inspiration from Trócaire’s wealth of experience in climate impacts and community stories from around the globe. Insights from Malawi, Somalia, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, and Ethiopia added depth and authenticity to the conversations, enriching the overall discourse.
